At Liv + Laine, it is our priority to provide high quality pieces. Although our products are carefully packaged for postage, if a product arrives damaged or appears malfunctioning, contact our support team to remedy the situation.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for earring products due to hygiene reasons.
In the circumstance that a ring, bracelet, anklet or necklace is the wrong size, we offer exchanges or store credits if returned within 30 days of purchase. Any returned items are at a non-refundable cost of the sender.
